Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Manager to develop and execute
sales strategies for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Retain and grow the existing client base by addressing escalated
issues and ensuring successful resolutions
Support the sales team by facilitating workflow and addressing
client inquiries to enhance customer experience
Analyze data to identify renewal and upsell opportunities while
implementing strategic sales plans
Required Qualifications
Three years of sales experience
Ability to achieve and maintain a life and disability agent license
and meet continuing education requirements
Demonstrated track record in meeting sales/revenue quotas
Proficient with PC applications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
