Benefits Call Center Representative
Pay Rate is $15/hr in Training and $16/hr in production plus
benefits from your first day of employment
Position is located onsite in Chesapeake, VA
Training schedules will be Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm EST
Production schedules will fall anytime between Monday - Sunday 8 am
- 9 pm EST (overtime may be required)
About the Benefits Call Center Representative role:
As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people
daily by taking calls and actively listening while discussing
employee benefits. Calls can range from healthcare benefits,
retirement benefits and additional employee perks. You will manage
a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating through
multiple systems.
Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your
excellent customer service and communication skills will help us
create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your
punctuality and dependability are key to our client's success.

The estimated salary for this role is $15/hr in Training and $16/hr
in Production.
