Are you an experienced Forklift or Machine Operator looking for a great opportunity? PeopleShare has immediate openings for both roles on NIGHT SHIFT in a Peanut Butter Factory!
Position 1: Forklift Operator (Night Shift Priority)

Location: Franklin, VA
Schedule: Monday-Sunday - 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (4 days a week, rotating shifts)
Pay Rate: Starting at $15/hour (Potential for higher pay based on experience and supervisor evaluation, with a pay increase upon permanent hire)
Employment Type: Full-Time - Paid Weekly - Benefits Available
Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate powered forklifts to transport peanuts and materials
• Maneuver forklifts at heights and in tight spaces
• Perform pre-operational safety checks before use
• Load and unload trucks efficiently
• Pick and pack orders based on Pick Sheets, ensuring accuracy
• Relocate peanuts around the warehouse
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper lot number traceability
• Follow Employee Health and Personal Hygiene Requirements
• Complete assigned paperwork accurately
• Perform additional duties as required by management Position 2: Machine Operator (Night Shift Priority)

  Job Responsibilities:
  
  • Inspect, adjust, and calibrate machines for consistent operation
  • Ensure correct jars, labels, and caps are used
  • Monitor and maintain a steady peanut butter flow in the kettle
  • Set up and adjust the filler, capper, sealer, and other production equipment
  • Verify production information with QA and operate Video Jet printer
  • Minimize maintenance and downtime through proper machine operation
  • Record downtime, shift concerns, and complete necessary reports
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Assist with cross-training and support other production areas as needed Qualifications:
    
    • Previous experience with machine operation, ingredients, roasting, and HMI screens required
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
