Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to ensure
adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage audit processes and workflows, including Jira ticket
resolution
Support compliance with federal regulations and monitor regulatory
changes
Prepare reports on compliance activities and drive process
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting,
or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience in managing audit processes or compliance workflows
Familiarity with federal banking regulations, including Reg E and
Reg Z
Experience with Jira or other workflow management tools is
preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint,
and Word
