Job Description:

A company is looking for a COBRA Data Integration Analyst - BPO.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates, implements, and tests the integration of new EDI-related developments
Analyzes exchanged data, identifies errors, and corrects failures
Tracks and follows up on test data to ensure timely receipt and communication

Required Qualifications

Previous experience with COBRA Services preferred
Customer service training or quality experience required
Experience with various software applications (Office, Outlook, Web)
Understanding of HIPAA and Privacy Regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
