Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead of Care to oversee a team
of Care Coordinators and enhance customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for team member inquiries and
concerns
Guide team members in resolving complex customer inquiries and
monitor performance metrics
Conduct performance management, including coaching, feedback, and
annual reviews
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of leadership experience in managing and developing
employees
3+ years of customer service experience with a focus on seamless
customer interactions
Experience with performance management and corrective action
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Healthcare background working with patients and/or caregivers
