Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to enhance
DevOps maturity and improve software quality.
Key Responsibilities
Implement standardized pipeline templates to expedite value
delivery and enhance software quality
Collaborate with Enterprise DevOps and Engineering teams to improve
security posture and reduce lead time for deliverables
Advise executives on functional strategies and exercise independent
judgment on complex issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or an equivalent
technical field
5+ years' experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like
Jenkins or GitLab CI
Proficiency in version control systems (Git, Github) and branching
strategies
3+ years' experience implementing automation throughout the
software delivery pipeline
Prior experience fostering collaboration between development and
operations teams
