Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience Researcher with
extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research
methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a comprehensive research strategy for
enterprise applications
Lead design thinking workshops with clients and cross-functional
teams
Conduct various user research methods, including usability testing
and journey mapping
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in UX research, with 3 years in
a leadership role
Proficiency in user research methods and analytical tools
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring UX
researchers
Deep understanding of enterprise software design and B2B
environments
Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a
related field
