Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist to
generate new business and enhance customer relationships in the
insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in
the insurance sector
Analyze customer accounts to identify cross-selling opportunities
and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective sales
campaigns and manage a portfolio of lost accounts
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing-related duties within the insurance
industry
Retail agency experience preferred
State insurance license required within the first 90 days of
employment
Understanding of multiple rating platforms through national and
regional insurance carriers
Experience in customer policy management and renewal processes
