Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join their
legal team and provide actionable legal advice on healthcare and
pharmacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Support various teams with healthcare regulatory issues and legal
risks
Advise on privacy and product-related issues
Stay updated on relevant state and federal laws impacting pharmacy
operations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and active license
in at least one US jurisdiction
8+ years of healthcare regulatory experience
Extensive knowledge of FDA regulations and compounding laws
Experience with state and federal laws applicable to compounding
pharmacies
Team-oriented mindset with strong time management skills
