Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Coach responsible for
overseeing Scrum Masters and fostering a culture of continuous
improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Educate teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices
Conduct Scrum ceremonies and assist in removing impediments to
achieve sprint goals
Lead and develop teams, providing performance feedback and growth
opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach with demonstrated
impact
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing Scrum Masters or
Agile Coaches
Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Strong mentoring, facilitation, and change management skills
