Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, HRIS & Benefits to lead and
manage all aspects of Benefits and HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and evaluate benefits strategy to ensure
cost-effectiveness and competitiveness
Oversee compliance with labor and employment regulations and
maintain data privacy standards
Manage the HRIS platform, including configuration, maintenance, and
security of employee data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
10+ years of experience in HR or benefits management
SPHR or CCP certification preferred
Extensive knowledge of benefits policies and HR regulatory
requirements
Strong project management and organizational skills
