Job Description:
A company is looking for a Privacy Counsel, Technology to
support its global privacy program and compliance with U.S. privacy
laws.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on U.S. privacy laws and their application to
product development and data processing
Lead privacy compliance projects and implement privacy frameworks
across business units
Conduct training and raise awareness on privacy compliance topics
within the organization
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
2-4 years of experience focused on privacy and data protection
Strong knowledge of U.S. privacy laws, especially CCPA/CPRA
Experience in implementing privacy compliance programs
Practical approach to privacy compliance and risk management
