Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriting Director responsible
for consulting on payer relationships and executing value-based
contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares and presents value-based strategies and financial models
across various healthcare settings
Develops strategic recommendations for managed care contracting and
supports client negotiations
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful
business insights and solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
15+ years of relevant experience in managed care
Advanced knowledge of managed care contracting and value-based
care
Excellent project management skills
Strong knowledge of population health and managed care policy
