Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Experience Designer,
Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive design for a group of designers focused on interconnected
products and customer interactions
Partner with Design, Product, and Technical leads to address
customer challenges through design
Articulate a design vision and serve as a point of contact for
feedback between teams
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience in product and interaction
design
Experience leading complex design workstreams with diverse
stakeholders
Proven ability to manage a roadmap of design projects across
multiple domains
Able to coordinate and mentor junior designers
Fluency with design tools such as Figma and Miro
