Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Management Assistant I to
support case managers and maintain client account records.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with stakeholders to facilitate member enrollment and
account updates
Responds to phone calls from case managers and agencies, ensuring
effective communication
Maintains communication with agencies and case managers to verify
and obtain accurate information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of
education and/or experience
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and
Teams preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage time and complete tasks
effectively
Entry-level customer service skills with a commitment to excellent
service
