Design.

Develops and provides students with an approved syllabus and course
materials
Utilizes online technologies and software for course preparation
and accessibility
Sets clear expectations for the course and ensures fair grading and
timely feedback
Required Qualifications:
A master's degree with 18 graduate hours in the subject being
taught is required
Credentials must be from an accredited institution recognized by
the U.S. Department of Education
Subject matter expertise is essential
Excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse
environment are necessary
Ability to work collaboratively and facilitate diverse group
efforts is required
