Job Description:
A company is looking for an Editing Lead who will oversee the
editorial team while actively participating in content editing.
Key Responsibilities
Actively edit content to ensure quality, accuracy, and
consistency
Oversee and direct the editorial team's workflow and deadlines
Lead, mentor, and train editors in best practices and process
improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a
related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in editing
Proficient in editorial processes and Microsoft Excel and
PowerPoint
Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred
