Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader to oversee
sales strategy and team performance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Executives to achieve
sales goals
Build and grow the sales pipeline by identifying and engaging
prospective clients
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure
successful sales initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is
required
Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years in
a leadership role
Healthcare experience is preferred
Experience with a high-growth, private equity-backed company is
preferred
Ability to assess market conditions and develop effective sales
strategies
