Description:Thermo-Trol Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our HVAC Service team.We have a full-time position available in Hampton Roads VA.We offer top pay and a competitive benefits package.Benefits Package-- Top Pay up to $110,000 per year-- Paid Medical Insurance-- Paid Dental Insurance-- Paid Vision Insurance-- Paid Life Insurance-- Paid Sick Leave-- Paid Vacation-- Paid Holiday-- 401K with company matching.-- Profit Sharing-- Tuition ReimbursementResponsibilities:-- Install and program new HVAC systems.-- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.-- Perform routine preventative maintenance.-- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.-- On-call rotation.-- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Requirements:Qualifications-- Minimum of three years experience (five years preferred) in installation and/or repair.-- Five years experience in repair preferred.-- Ability to handle physical workload.-- Good driving record.
