Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insider Trading/Market Surveillance
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct investigations and research activities to identify
potential insider trading and market manipulation scenarios
Prepare comprehensive financial investigation reports and document
all work performed
Coordinate with various teams on trade-related investigations and
participate in enhancing the trade surveillance program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (6+ years
may substitute for advanced degree)
2+ years of experience with various product types, including
fixed-income securities and derivatives
Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, including data
manipulation and presentation
Proficiency with market data tools such as Bloomberg and Reuters is
preferred
Interest in capital markets and current financial events
