Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Partner Incentives & Rewards
and CMS Partner Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative incentive and reward programs for
channel partners and managed service providers
Create and refine business models to illustrate the benefits of
incentives for partners
Monitor and analyze the performance of incentive programs, making
data-driven recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or a related field; MBA
preferred
At least 8 years of experience in building technology industry
partner programs or similar roles
Strong understanding of channel partner and managed service
provider ecosystems
Experience developing business models to illustrate program
benefits and investment performance
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
