Job Description:
A company is looking for an HCM Business Solution Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for process improvement and document
automation opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency
Expand the Capability Maturity Model for the HCM domain by
collaborating with relevant stakeholders
Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate
project updates and requirements
Required Qualifications and Education
8+ years of experience in Business Architecture and HCM domain
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and systems
Proven project management skills
Experience with talent management systems, including performance
management and payroll
Familiarity with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools is
a plus
