Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant to support the
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Deputy Chief Information Officer of
Strategy & Modernization.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and integration of delivery
outcomes across the organization
Support risk identification and mitigation, ensuring effective
management of potential issues
Analyze the impacts of new operating models on delivery processes
and recommend strategic improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change
management
Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, or
related field
Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
Experience developing and implementing change management
strategies
Experience with large-scale organizational transformations
