Job Description:
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst responsible
for managing Enterprise Storage systems and incident
management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure performance, availability,
and reliability of storage systems
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot on-premises storage issues and
perform upgrades and maintenance
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of IT industry experience, preferably in helpdesk or
technical roles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or
equivalent experience
Understanding of ITIL standards and industry standard processes
Knowledge of storage technologies, networking protocols, and
information life-cycle management concepts
Familiarity with automation initiatives for storage management
