Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Consultant to provide
outstanding service to corporate business clients on a remote
contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, both
individuals and groups
Conduct analysis and research on travel options while anticipating
traveler needs to sell additional services
Ensure compliance with customers' travel policies and collaborate
with the team to improve service levels
Required Qualifications
Passion for excellence in client service with proactive
anticipation of needs
Native GDS expertise in Amadeus at an expert level
Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business
travel and airline reservations
Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
Teamwork orientation and openness to feedback
