If you are seeking a practice that invests in their staff as well as technology and equipment, then we want to speak with you!*What You'll Be Working On*--- Build and maintain client relationships--- Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small companion animal cases--- Provide education to clients and staff on recommendations and choices in care--- Maintain a positive work environment--- Guide, utilize, and mentor exceptional support staff*Qualifications*--- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required--- Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Virginia--- A minimum of two years of experience preferred; open to new grads too--- Routine surgical and dental experience required--- Experience working with ultrasound preferred--- Experience working in an emergency setting and/or with acupuncture is a PLUS!--- Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner is a PLUS!--- Highly motivated, with a desire to lead our amazing team--- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills--- Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients--- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment*What's In It For You*--- Competitive wages--- Relocation expenses coverage eligibility--- Health Insurance--- Paid Time Off--- Employee assistance program--- CE opportunities--- Pet care discounted program_We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
