Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renovation Associate responsible for
analyzing documents and providing operational support related to
renovation products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize a personal pipeline of 45-60 renovation files
per month
Conduct initial reviews of newly submitted files and maintain a 70%
first-time underwriting submission approval rate
Provide operational support and assist internal and external
partners with compliance and eligibility requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; two years of college or mortgage
operations experience preferred
One year of experience managing renovation products preferred
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook,
Word, and Excel
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple
projects simultaneously
Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of departmental policies and
procedures
