Job Description:
A company is looking for a Competitive Solutions Architect to
support the growth of its product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide actionable intelligence through technical, strategic, and
industry analysis
Conduct hands-on technical evaluations of top CCaaS and Phone
vendors
Collaborate with sales teams to influence high-value opportunities
and develop training programs
Required Qualifications
Experience in pre-sales solution engineering, solution
architecture, or technical marketing engineering
Familiarity with Contact Centers (CCaaS), VoIP, or UCaaS
solutions
Experience with competition benchmarking and testing
methodologies
Proven ability to build relationships across departments
Previous experience in intelligence, strategy, or market research
is advantageous
