Key Responsibilities
Drive user-centered research to enhance understanding of users and
their needs

Design intuitive virtual and in-person experiences, ensuring
consistency and usability across products
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing digital products and design
systems for consumer audiences
Experience in conducting and synthesizing both evaluative and
generative user research
Ability to navigate complex user flows and identify hidden edge
cases
Self-initiated drive to engage in all aspects of design in a
startup environment
Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
initiatives
