Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist to manage
and operate the Hybrid Computing Environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT staff to support, maintain, and optimize
systems
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware,
software, and security-related issues
Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to
ensure reliability and availability
Required Qualifications
High School diploma and 5 years of experience
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust Government
Security Clearance
Help desk or service desk experience in troubleshooting and
supporting IT systems
Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and
Microsoft Office Suite
3+ years of help desk/service desk experience preferred
