Job Description:
A company is looking for a Syndicated Loan Specialist IV (US) to
manage and administer a portfolio of complex Syndicated Commercial
Loans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a loan pipeline of complex transactions from origination to
closing
Conduct due diligence and ensure all loan documentation complies
with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Provide training and support to other Loan Specialists and
coordinate with various teams across the organization
Required Qualifications
4-year degree or equivalent experience required
7+ years of related Commercial Loan processing experience
required
7+ years of related Syndicated Loan experience preferred
Knowledge of specialized lending areas such as Small Business
Administration lending or construction loans
Paralegal experience/knowledge preferred
