Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chargeback Specialist to join their
Fraud team in a remote employment role.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming chargebacks and prepare rebuttal documentation
according to payment processor regulations
Monitor chargeback results and provide guidance on chargeback
issues to internal employees
Collaborate with other departments to maintain low chargeback
volume and high recovery rates
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School education required
Must be eligible to work in and based in the United States
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
General knowledge of the consumer dispute process
