About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and safety-focused Ride Operators to join our team at Kings Dominion!As a Ride Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests on our thrilling rides and attractions.Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by delivering a world-class experience.
• Operate rides in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Check and secure ride restraints to ensure guest safety.
• Interact with guests of all ages and backgrounds, providing a positive experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of rides and surrounding areas.Requirements
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
