Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Lean Transformation initiatives and continuous improvement
practices
Develop partnerships to integrate continuous improvement into the
organization
Coach senior leaders and teams on Lean tools and performance
standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years of experience in Lean management and transformational
change
Experience in financial services or insurance industries
preferred
Lean or similar certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree with related experience or Master's in a related
field required
Proficiency in project and program management
