Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Lead, Top-of-Funnel-Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize GTM infrastructure, managing tools for scalable
outbound motion
Optimize performance using data and analytics, including A/B
testing and tracking key metrics
Craft and distribute compelling cross-channel content to enhance
brand authority and engagement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in demand generation, outbound sales, or
growth marketing
Experience in a PLG led company, B2B SaaS, or fintech, ideally in
an early-stage environment
Expertise in multi-channel outreach and crafting compelling
messaging
Technical proficiency with GTM tools for building an efficient
outbound engine
Self-starter mentality with a focus on data-driven experimentation
and ownership
