Job Description:
A company is looking for a TA Screener II to assist in the
recruitment process through phone screening for various roles.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers for phone
screening across multiple business units
Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create
shortlists for Lead Recruiter review
Conduct detailed phone screens and provide summaries and
recommendations to Lead Recruiters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least
1 year in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industries
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Knowledge of OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs
