Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Coordinator to manage customer
accounts and handle inbound calls in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, approximately 50 per
shift
Manage customer payments, reconcile account balances, and prepare
reports on accounts receivable
Assist customers with account inquiries and perform routine
clerical support tasks
Required Qualifications
1-3+ years of credit experience
Call center experience is preferred
Strong data entry skills and basic math proficiency
Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
