Job Description:

PeopleShare is seeking motivated individuals to join our client as machine operators for a temporary 4-week position. During this time, you will undergo training and evaluation with the potential to move into the next phase of responsibility! This is a great opportunity to get hands on training and grow with a leading manufacturer of gear and transmission technology!

Machine Operator Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• 1st: 6:55am-3:05pm
• 2nd: 2:55pm-11:05pm
• 3rd: 10:55pm-7:05am
• Mandatory OT as needed
• Pay Rate: $17+ based on experience Machine Operator Job Description:
  • Set up, operate and troubleshoot production machines
  • Maintain production levels and standards
  • Perform tool and mold changes, as well as maintenance on machines
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain machines with proper cleaning and greasing Machine Operator Job Requirements:
    • Machine operation experience
    • Must work mandatory OT including weekends as needed
    • Strong mechanical knowledge
    • Must be reliable and have good attendance
