Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensing and Credentialing
Specialist to ensure clinicians are properly credentialed,
licensed, and enrolled in payor networks.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify provider credentialing applications for
compliance
Submit and monitor licensing and enrollment requests to payers
Maintain accurate provider records in various databases and act as
a liaison between providers and payors
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
3-5 years of experience in a credentialing and enrollment
setting
Knowledge of multi-state/national provider credentialing and
enrollment
Experience with PECOS/Medicare and state Medicaid enrollment
platforms
CPCS certification is a plus
