Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mass Tort Attorney (Plaintiffs).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of complex mass tort cases from intake
through resolution
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions,
and court filings
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
4-10 years of experience in plaintiff-side litigation, specifically
involving mass torts
Strong case management and litigation experience
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
