Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Associate to support
its legal team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support to the legal team, including signature
coordination and document validations
Assist in maintaining legal tech systems and organizing shared
inboxes for the legal department
Manage document updates and assist in training other business units
on legal processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a legal environment with an
administrative background
Familiarity with legal terminology and agreement structures
Strong understanding of the legal team's role in supporting
business growth
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as document
management systems
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and Ironclad is
advantageous
