A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance on commercial agreements, emerging
technologies, and data privacy regulations
Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships while ensuring
compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Draft and review a variety of legal agreements and advise on
federal and state financial regulations
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of legal experience in commercial transactions and
regulatory compliance
Strong background in negotiating technology-related agreements
Experience in financial technology or consumer finance is
preferred
Deep understanding of federal and state regulations impacting
fintech and payments
Ability to provide clear and pragmatic legal advice aligned with
business objectives
