Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriting Trainer II.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver specialized training in underwriting techniques
and risk assessment
Develop measurable learning criteria for various levels of
underwriting knowledge
Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate on enhancing the
learning experience
Required Qualifications
Six years of underwriting experience in the insurance/financial
services industry
Experience in underwriting training or project/process
management
Proficiency in using MS Office
Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging learning
programs
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business or finance; FLMI, FALU, or
CLU certification
