Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter who will perform full
lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform full lifecycle recruiting and guide applicants through the
recruiting process
Utilize effective techniques to close the deal with candidates
Collaborate with hiring teams using thought leadership to meet
recruitment needs
Required Qualifications
US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in full
lifecycle recruiting, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a
degree
Experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify
hard-to-find talent
Experience utilizing recruiting role within Workday
Experience with technical recruiting, particularly in hiring
engineers or manufacturing-related positions
