Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter responsible for
full lifecycle recruitment in healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and
coordinating interviews
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and develop creative
recruitment strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers and the people operations team to
ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of specialized recruiting experience in
healthcare or healthcare services
Expertise in using various sourcing tools and strategies
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and medical
credentialing
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday ATS experience
is a plus
