Someone who enjoys building connections with customers, finding solutions, and helping people find what they're looking for!

Responsibilities:

* We believe customers should speak with real people, not phone robots. Answer calls as they come in
* Verify information in our CRM and make sure to update notes with a high degree of accuracy
* Help Technicians check out and update records accordingly
* Respond to chats and emails as needed
* Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

* Experience providing excellent customer service over the phone and chat
* Able to multitask, update notes in CRM, and keep up with phone conversations
* Positive, customer service-driven attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Ability and desire to work independently, come up with solutions, and know how to use your resources
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
