-Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-2/3:30pm or whenever cases finish
-Cases include cataracts, glaucoma, retina, and oculoplastics
-CRNA only model
-2 ORs
-EMR iMedicware
-Support staff includes MAs, RNs, and physicians
