The Nurse Manager will lead and manage nursing staff within the Inpatient Behavioral Health unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to facility policies and procedures. Oversight of patient care is crucial, ensuring safe and effective nursing practice aligning with the facility's standards and regulatory requirements.
