Collaborative synergy with specialists and healthcare professionals across various departments will be at the core of your role, providing an inspiring and supportive atmosphere for professional growth and success.The Emergency Room unit boasts a high-volume environment with 15+ beds, serviced by a team of 30 full-time equivalents, including nurses, techs, and administrative staff. As an ER Physician, you'll have the privilege of working alongside excellent MDs and exceptional techs, ensuring collaborative patient care and continuous professional development.As an ER Physician, you will have the rewarding opportunity to lead clinical education development, mentor junior staff, and enhance clinical competencies through skills development and quality improvement initiatives.
